General description

地高辛是一种强心苷，可用于治疗慢性心力衰竭。抗地高辛碱性磷酸酶单克隆抗体可用于检测地高辛标记的化合物，例如寡核苷酸、抗体和肽。该抗体对地高辛和地高辛标记的化合物具有特异性。该产品与地高辛具有很强的交叉反应性。

Application

巢式PCR产物可与5′端地高辛标记的寡核苷酸探针杂交。向1 M磷酸盐缓冲液、1％牛血清白蛋白和0.1％吐温20（pH 7.4）中添加1:1000稀释的抗地高辛单克隆抗体碱性磷酸酶（DI-22）进行ELISA分析，以检测探针。使用Sigma Fass-Pnpp底物片剂进行检测。
抗地高辛碱性磷酸酶单克隆抗体适用于直接ELISA（1:10000-1:6000）和斑点杂交（以1:20,000稀释，使用地高辛标记的生物分子）。它还用于酶免疫分析（EIA）。
