General description
FLAG M2-FITC被用于检测Flag融合蛋白。该单克隆抗体来自于小鼠，并与异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）共价结合。该抗体可识别N末端、Met N末端和C末端的FLAG序列。结合不依赖于钙。F4049是一种亲和纯化的抗体，在大多数应用中可提高灵敏度。
Application
抗体适用于免疫荧光、免疫细胞化学、免疫组织化学、免疫印迹、流式细胞术和电子显微镜分析。该抗体特别适用于检测在小鼠宿主中表达的Flag融合蛋白，其中二抗可能引起交叉反应。
