General description
有效的可逆蛋白酶体抑制剂（20S和26S蛋白酶体的Ki 分别为21 nM和35 nM）。特异性抑制蛋白酶体的胰凝乳蛋白酶样活性，并诱导大鼠-1和PC12细胞中的凋亡。
