General description
Alkynyl palmitic acid (Alk-C16) is a modified palmitic acid consisting of a palmitic acid backbone with ω-terminal alkyne. This structure allows it to participate in bio-orthogonal reactions, particularly in copper-catalyzed click chemistry.
Application
