Application
培养基199已用于：
- 在成熟前保持卵丘-卵母细胞复合体（COC），并培养这些卵母细胞在体外成熟
- 在德国荷斯坦奶牛卵子采集过程中清洗抽吸管
- 培养大鼠心脏内皮细胞
Preparation Note
补充 2.2 g/L 碳酸氢钠。
