Product Description
General description
Steriflip®过滤装置专门配用标准 50mL 离心柱，省却了样品转移操作。它可以用于水溶液（最多 50 mL）的除菌、小批量培养基的无菌过滤、含有高值蛋白或小分子成分的缓冲液的无菌过滤以及细胞分离。
Application
仅供研究使用
Steriflip®无菌离心管顶部过滤装置用于：
- 细胞上样和图像采集
- 成年小鼠视网膜的视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)和无长突细胞(ACs)的分离和培养
- 酶解后的肿瘤细胞分离
