Immunogen
高纯度（>98%）重组大鼠IL-1β。
Application
ELISA：0.5 μg/mL，当使用大鼠TNF-1包被板时，稀释液将允许
0.2-0.4 ng/孔的检测（直接ELISA）。
蛋白质印迹：0.1-0.2 μg/mL，在还原或非还原条件下，该稀释液应提供1.5-3.0 ng/泳道的检测限。
中和：为了产生对大鼠IL-1β（0.2 ng/mL）生物活性的½**抑制（ND50），需要0.09-0.14 μg/mL的抗体浓度。
最终工作稀释度必须由最终使用者进行确定。
抗白细胞介素-1β抗体是针对白细胞介素-1β的抗体，可用于ELISA、WB、NEUT。
