Immunogen
大鼠ENaC γ N 端附近的14个氨基酸肽序列（Linguela et al. 1993; Canessa et al.
1993; Snyder et al. 1994; Waldmann et al. 1995; Kreutz et al. 1997; Voilley et al.
1994; McDonald et al. 1994; Ludwig et al. 1998; Garty & Palmer 1997）。
Application
蛋白质印迹：使用ECL为1-10μg/mL83-90kDa条带；Masilamani et al 1999
ELISA：1:10,000-1:100,000，使用1 mg/mL对照肽，涂覆于反应孔上。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
使用经验证可用于ELISA & WB的抗上皮钠通道γ抗体检测上皮钠通道-γ。
Biochem/physiol Actions
识别大鼠上皮钠通道γ（ENaC γ）。免疫原与其他ENaC亚基没有明显的序列同源性。
物种反应性： 免疫原序列在小鼠有中100%的保守性，人92%，兔80%。与其他物种的反应性尚未得到确认。
