General description
10 mM（2 mg/591µ L）无菌过滤的Y-27632 H₂O溶液。
即用型，细胞培养测试，适用于干细胞应用。Rho相关蛋白激酶的一种高效、细胞可渗透、可逆且选择性抑制剂（p160ROCK的Ki= 140 nM）。 还显示提高人干细胞的存活，特别是在细胞培养传代和操作期间。
