General description
热稳定的蛋白激酶抑制剂（PKI）肽序列（14-22），在N端已被肉豆蔻酰化，增强了其细胞通透性。该肽的非肉豆蔻酰化形式是cAMP依赖性蛋白激酶（PKA）的高度特异性抑制剂（Ki=36 nM）。
