General description
Forkhead/winged helix (FOX) transcription factors regulate cellular metabolism and cell cycle. FOXD2 is known to function as a modulator of R1α1b promoter and has been implicated in T-cell activation.
Rabbit Anti-FOXD2 antibody recognizes human, and mouse FOXD2.

Application
Rabbit Anti-FOXD2 antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25μg/ml.
Biochem/physiol Actions
FOXD2 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined.
