General description
ZNF545 is a zing finger protein that functions as a tumor suppressor in gastric cancer by blocking transcription. Studies have reported that methylation of ZNF545 in the early stages of gastric cancer is a marker of poor prognosis.
Rabbit Anti-ZNF545 antibody recognizes pig, human, mouse, rat, and bovine ZNF545.

Application
Rabbit Anti-ZNF545 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 0.5 μg/ml.

ZNF545 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
