Product Description
General description
Histopaque®-1077是包含多蔗糖和泛影酸钠的溶液，密度调整到1.077 +/- 0.001 g/cm3。这一培养基帮助来自小体积全血的活的淋巴细胞快速恢复。这一技术适合于调节淋巴溶解和人类淋巴细胞抗原（HLA）2分型的细胞。它还可用作T-、B-和“空”淋巴细胞计数前的起始分离步骤。用来建立密度培养基，用于淋巴细胞和其他单核细胞的纯化。
Application
Histopaque®-1077 Hybri-Max™已用于分离：
- 外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）与肝素化血，梯度离心法
- 来自外周血的免疫细胞（淋巴细胞）
- PBMC与血液
