General description
单克隆抗标记 M2-Cy3（小鼠IgG）抗体与花菁染料 Cy3 共价偶联。抗体缀合物结合FLAG融合蛋白，并且将在FLAG融合蛋白的N末端、Met-N末端或C末端以识别FLAG序列。
Application
实现简单的一步式免疫细胞化学检测。 特别适用于小鼠宿主表达FLAG融合蛋白的检测，这种检测使用抗小鼠二抗可能会发生交叉反应。
