General description
一种非肽硫代苯基甲胺化合物，在MVA（牛痘病毒Ankara）感染（9 µM的IC50<4.5 µM), TLR9 ligand CpG2216 stimulation, VSV-M2 (vesicular stomatitis virus variant 2) infection, or MDA5/TLR3 ligand poly(I:C) stimulation (by >95%抑制）作用下结合干扰素-α（人IFN-α的Kd = 4 µM）并阻止鼠BM-pDC（骨髓源性浆细胞样树突状细胞）培养物中IFN-α和IFNAR相互作用依赖性IFN-α的产生，同时当以无毒浓度（≤4.5 µM）应用时，对相同培养物中IL-12的产生没有抑制性效应。
