Product Description
General description
二牛磺酸胆红素（BDT）是在特定鱼类胆汁中发现的**种天然胆汁色素。它由未结合胆红素（UCB）组成，带有连接C8和C12丙酸的牛磺酸侧，长度类似于葡萄糖醛酸。
Application
胆红素结合物二牛磺酸二钠盐已用于加入患者样品以获悉黄疸干扰。它也已用于制备结合胆红素的测试池（test pool ），以筛查胆红素干扰。
胆红素结合物二牛磺酸二钠盐 - Calbiochem 已被用作标准品，用于测试在血清或血浆样品中分析物的定量测定中结合态胆红素的干扰。
