通过在DMF溶解（DMSO和甲醇应该也可以）制备储备液。储备液的建议浓度为5 mg/mL。临用前，用适当的缓冲液稀释储备液，用于分析。对于组织染色，建议的用法是将储备液稀释至1 mg/mL，然后将该溶液以1:50-1:100的比例稀释。对于EIA，遵循相同的步骤，但将1 mg/mL溶液以1:1,000的比例稀释。合适的工作稀释度由与测定条件相关的变量决定。
