Application
蛋白质印迹：1-10 μg/mL（化学发光技术）：NET至少可以存在两种形式，在脑中最常见的是高度糖基化的~80kDa形式，在某些区域和组织中也可见较少糖基化的54kDa形式。
ELISA：1：10,000-1：100,000（50-100 ng免疫原肽/孔）**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
该抗去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白抗体经过验证可用在ELISA，WB 中检测去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白。
Biochem/physiol Actions
对去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白（NET）具有特异性。去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白是一种617个氨基酸长的完整膜蛋白，属于钠：神经递质同向转运蛋白家族（Bruss et al. 1995; Melikian et al. 1994; Pacholczyk et al. 1991）。免疫原肽与其他已知蛋白没有显著同源性。
