Application
免疫组化：1:500-1:750，在4%多聚甲醛固定或4%多聚甲醛和0.2%戊二醛固定的组织上。建议用含10%正常山羊血清和0.5%Triton X-100的PBS稀释抗体。AB1570已用于大鼠视网膜、皮层和海马的光学和电子显微镜研究。
注意：不建议将AB1570用于蛋白质印迹。参见AB1570W。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
抗GABA转运蛋白-1抗体，C末端（a.a.588-599）是针对GABA转运蛋白-1的抗体，可用于IH。
Biochem/physiol Actions
GABA转运蛋白-1（GAT-1），C末端。没有检测到与其他发射转运蛋白的C末端的交叉反应性。
Physical form
亲和纯化抗体。 从含1%BSA和0.1%叠氮化钠的0.1 M PBS中冻干。用100 μL无菌蒸馏水复溶。
