用途：
该试剂盒可通过使用旋转柱进行快速且可重现的免疫沉淀（IP）。该系统比常规IP′具有更高的重现性，后者在不破坏琼脂糖床的情况下洗涤蛋白A/G琼脂糖方面存在问题。抗体/抗原复合物在Catch and Release中的结合是可逆的，并且免疫复合物的洗脱可以用天然或变性缓冲液进行。该系统已通过兔，小鼠，绵羊和山羊抗体成功测试。使用人IgG1-4的IP应该是合适的。本试剂盒不建议使用鸡抗体或人IgA、IgD、IgE或IgM进行IP。使用前请阅读随附的产品手册。
