General description
识别在全部真核细胞中发现的~60 kDa微管蛋白蛋白。可用作阳性对照。
该抗α微管蛋白小鼠mAb（DM1A）经验证可用于免疫印迹和免疫荧光检测α微管蛋白。
通过用指定的免疫原免疫BALB/c57小鼠并将脾细胞与NS-1小鼠骨髓瘤融合而产生的纯化的小鼠单克隆抗体。识别〜60 kDa微管蛋白。
