General description
Also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like factor 6-interacting protein and ARL6IP4, the SR-25 protein is expressed in certain human organs and is relatively abundant in human testis and thymus. It is observed to mediate the Rac1 signaling pathway and acts as a splicing inhibitor of the Herpes simplex virus (HSVI); however, further research is needed to elucidate its mode of action.
~32 kDa observed. Uniprot describes six isoforms between 22 kDa and 38 kDa

Application
Anti-SR-25 Antibody, clone 1F6.1 is a highly specific mouse monoclonal antibody, that targets SRp25 & has been tested in western blotting & ICC.
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected SR-25 in HeLa cells treated with Mimosine and Nocodazole.
