Product Description
General description
UTF1是一种转录因子，最初是由于其在胚胎干(ES)细胞、胚胎性癌(EC)细胞和种系组织中的表达而被鉴定的。 在成人组织中未发现表达。 当时认为UTF1可能在胚胎发生的早期分子事件中起重要作用。 随后的研究表明，UTF1是Oct-4/Sox-2复合物的靶标，Oct-4/Sox-2复合物是干细胞多能性的关键决定因素
