Product Description
General description
Millicell® 一次性血细胞计数板用于手动计数细胞。它由一个表面图案化的两个封闭室组成，带有两个进样端口。采用与Neubauer“改进”计数室相同的方法进行计数细胞。
Neubauer“改进”计数室由 9 个大正方形组成，每个正方形的尺寸为 1 x 1 mm。每个方格的总体积为 0。1 mm3。细胞分布在 3 x 3 个大正方形上，每个正方形的边长为 1 mm，表面积为 1 mm2。
使用Millicell®一次性血细胞计数板，可以将染色或未染色的10 µL样品注入所需的小室。
