Biochem/physiol Actions

PDZ domain-containing protein 11 is a protein encoded by the PDZD11 gene in humans. It is an interacting partner with human sodium-dependent multivitamin transporter (hSMVT) in intestinal epithelial cells. It is a transiently interacting partner of the plasma membrane Ca²⁺ ATPases (PMCAs)b-splice forms. It may play a role in their sorting to or from the plasma membrane.
