Application
人白介素2已用于评估肿瘤坏死因子受体1（TNFR1）的变化。它也已用于Tregs上的TNFR2表达。
Biochem/physiol Actions
白介素2（IL2）是一种促炎性细胞因子。它由三个亚基组成，其中β亚基对于受体介导的信号传导很重要。IL2增强T调节细胞的发育，并在抗肿瘤免疫中起关键作用。
白细胞介素-2（IL-2）是由某些T淋巴细胞亚群产生的免疫调节因子。该淋巴因子能够促进活化T细胞和相关细胞类型的长期生长。IL-2在NK细胞的激活和增殖、诱导γ-干扰素和B细胞生长因子分泌中发挥作用，并且能够调节IL-2受体的表达。
Physical form
从50 mM磷酸钠缓冲盐水（pH值7.0）中的0.2 μm过滤溶液中冻干，每0.1 mL细胞因子含有0.1%人血清白蛋白。
Analysis Note
在使用IL-2依赖性鼠细胞毒性T细胞系CTLL-2的细胞增殖测定中测试生物活性。
