General description
PDL-1（程序性细胞死亡1配体1）是一种细胞表面蛋白，又称B7- h1（B7同源物1），由CD274（分化群274）基因编码。它位于染色体9p24.1上。它存在于胎盘细胞、血管内皮细胞、肝细胞、上皮细胞、间充质干细胞、B细胞、T细胞、树突状细胞和巨噬细胞中。它也在各种肿瘤类型中表达，如黑色素瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、肺癌、肾癌、头颈癌、胃癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、子宫颈癌和卵巢癌。
Immunogen
来自人PDL-1中心附近的17个氨基酸肽。
Biochem/physiol Actions
PDL-1（程序性细胞死亡1配体1，programmed cell death 1 ligand 1）有助于消除突然的HPV（人类乳突病毒）感染。它防止T细胞的增殖和粘附以及细胞因子的生成。它也控制外周组织中T细胞的活性。
