General description
该LookOut®支原体PCR检测试剂盒利用聚合酶链反应（PCR），这是因其在对细胞培养基中的支原体、无胆甾原体和尿素原体以及其他细胞培养衍生的生物制品的检测中具有**灵敏度而被确定作为选择的方法。该试剂盒已被成功测试具有对20,000至20个拷贝的发酵支原体基因组DNA进行扩增的能力。
包含在试剂盒内的反应管预涂覆有适当的dNTP、引物和上样染料。 相比于需要对反应管进行单独上样的一般方法，整体的检测时间得到了大幅度的下降。

Other Notes
该试剂盒已被优化与货号D9307一起使用。不推荐任何带有3’-5’外切核酸酶活性的DNA聚合酶。这些包括Tli、Pfu和Pwo。那些可被使用的DNA聚合酶包括Taq、Tfl和Tth。
