General description
免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的糖蛋白。免疫球蛋白g（IgG）是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。山羊IgG 有两个子类：IgG1 和IgG2。然后，使用0.2％戊二醛进行蛋白质交联，使兔抗山羊IgG抗体与过氧化物酶偶联。偶联物为溶液形式，溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有15 mM MIT作为防腐剂。

Preparation Note
通过Avrameas, S.等人在Scand. J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978)中描述的两步戊二醛法制备。
