General description
高迁移率族(HMG1)由活化的单核细胞和巨噬细胞分泌。该基因定位于人类染色体13q12。
Immunogen
与 KLH 偶联的人 HMGB1 第 165-180 位氨基酸相应的的合成肽。相应的的序列在小鼠和大鼠中是保守的。
Application
家兔抗 HMGB1 (HMG1)（C 端）抗体可用于 ELISA 和免疫荧光。
Biochem/physiol Actions
在细胞核中，HMGB1（高迁移率族蛋白B1）充当核小体稳定剂和转录调节剂。它还表现出伴侣样活性并抑制聚谷氨酰胺的聚集。它在炎症和自噬中起一定作用。HMGB1可与Toll样受体（TLR）2和4、白细胞介素-1β、趋化因子（C-X-C基序）配体12（CXCL12）和病原体相关分子模式（PAMP）分子相互作用。它还充当与损伤相关的分子模式分子（DAMP）。
Physical form
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
Preparation Note
若需连续使用，可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。
若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并冷冻。
不建议反复冻融或储存在“无霜”冰柜中。如果延长储存时间后出现轻微浑浊，则在使用前离心澄清溶液。如果未在 12 小时内使用，工作稀释液应丢弃。
Other Notes
