General description

PVDF免疫印迹膜是疏水性的聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜，孔径为0.2μm。PVDF免疫印迹膜适用于蛋白质免疫印迹和斑点杂交印迹。PVDF膜具有高结合能力、高机械强度和耐化学腐蚀性，因此，特别适用于蛋白质印迹。强大的样品保留性和低背景结合，使其在比色和化学发光检测中具有出色的信噪比。主要结合原理包括静电吸附和疏水作用。

Application

PVDF免疫印迹膜已用于免疫印迹，转印蛋白质以供测序使用。
注意：经测试可与Lumi-Light免疫印迹化学发光底物或Lumi-Light^Plus免疫印迹化学发光底物一起使用。
