来自Helix pomatia的硫酸脂酶帮助硫代烷肟合成。它使得β-硫酸萘基酯比a-硫酸萘基酯的水解要更快，在邻位和对位取代的苯基硫酸水解中有区域特异性。
Other Notes
一单位硫酸酯酶可在pH5.0、37℃条件下，每小时水解1.0 μmole p--硫酸萘基酯（30分钟检测）。
