General description
单克隆抗 Thy 1.1（小鼠 IgM 同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
胸腺细胞抗原 1 (Thy 1.1) 是一种糖基磷脂酰锚定蛋白。它属于免疫球蛋白超家族。Thy 1.1 在干细胞、T 细胞和神经元中表达。

AKR/J (Thy 1.1) 小鼠的胸腺细胞。
Application
小鼠源抗Thy 1.1单克隆抗体可用于免疫淘选和免疫荧光。
Biochem/physiol Actions
研究表明，缺乏蛋白质胸腺细胞抗原 1 (Thy 1.1) 的小鼠成纤维细胞数量增加。这种成分可抑制真皮成纤维细胞的增殖并增强其凋亡，从而调节细胞生长。此过程通过调节β3整合素的作用实现。
识别Thy 1.1轴承细胞，与Thy 1.2轴承细胞的交叉反应小于5%。根据对AKR / J胸腺细胞的体外细胞毒性测定，滴度为1:20,000
