EZ1&2 DNA Blood Kits contain all required reagents and labware for rapid, automated purification of DNA from 200-350 μl whole blood samples or buffy coat samples using magnetic-particle technology. Reagents are supplied in prefilled and sealed reagent cartridges, which ensures speed and convenience in loading the instrument. EZ1&2 DNA Blood Kits are automated with the EZ2 Connect (1-24 samples per run). These kits can also be used with the EZ1 Advanced XL (1–14 samples per run).
