~28 kDa observed. An uncharacterized band may be observed at ~30 kDa
The NIPSNAP proteins comprise a family of evolutionarily well-conserved proteins with strong sequence similarity to the central portion of a protein encoded by C. elegans chromosome III between a 4-nitrophenylphosphatase (NIP) domain and non-neuronal SNAP25-like protein. NIPSNAP proteins have been suggested to be important in vesicular transport. NIPSNAP3B is highly expressed in skeletal muscle.

Detect the NIPSNAP3B protein using this Anti-NIPSNAP3B validated for use in WB & IHC.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: 2.5 µg/mL of this antibody from a representative lot detected NIPSNAP3B in mouse brain tissue.
