General description
A purified mouse monoclonal antibody, which recognizes the PAFAH1B1 protein.
Recognizes the PAFAH1B1 protein.
This Anti-PAFAH1B1 Mouse mAb (2C12) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting for the detection of PAFAH1B1.
Immunogen
A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids of 1-111 human PAFAH1B1, expressed as a GST fusion protein

ELISA (see comments)

Preparation Note
Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).
Other Notes
For ELISA, this antibody can be used as the capture antibody; recommended concentration is 10 ng/ml, 1 µg/well, 100 µl total volume. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
