Immunogen
大鼠NKCC2 C末端附近的15个氨基酸肽序列（Haas et al. 1987; Gamba et al. 1994; Simon et al. 1996; Mount et al. 1995; Igarashi et al. 1995; Mount et al. 1998）。免疫原肽（AG205）可用于进行预吸收对照。

Biochem/physiol Actions
可识别大鼠钠钾氯共转运蛋白2（NKCC2、BSC1、CCC2）。免疫原与NKCC1或TSC没有明显的序列同源性。
物种反应性： 免疫原序列在小鼠中100%保守，在人和兔中87%保守。与其他物种的反应性尚未得到确认。
Physical form
亲和纯化的免疫球蛋白。 含0.1%BSA的PBS液体。
Preparation Note
以未稀释的等分试样保存于-20°C下6个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。
