Product Description
General description
人补体5a（C5a）是在补体激活过程中从补体C5的α-链产生的。它与信号G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）结合，诱导中性粒细胞趋化性和内皮细胞活化。C5a还触发巨噬细胞和嗜中性粒细胞的氧化爆发，并诱导嗜碱性粒细胞和肥大细胞中组胺的释放。
该试剂盒中提供的抗体对可识别人补体成分C5a。
Application
仅供研究使用。不可用于诊断操作。
