Human NEK6 (GenBank Accession No. NM_014397), amino acids 1-313 with N-terminal HIS6-tag, MW=40.1 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Application
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Other Notes
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1 nmol NEK6 substrate (FLAKSFGSPNRAYKK) per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C.
