General description
MYC（MYC原致肿瘤基因）是一种转录因子和癌蛋白。它位于染色体8q24。c-Myc基因编码碱性螺旋-环-螺旋/亮氨酸拉链（bHLH/LZ）转录因子。
抗-c-Myc抗体用于检测c-Myc标记融合蛋白的c-Myc标记序列。这一多克隆抗体在兔子体内产生，识别在N末端和C末端的c-Myc序列。C3956是一种亲和纯化抗体，在大多数应用中增强灵敏度。
Immunogen
人c-myc原致肿瘤基因的肽链对应氨基酸408-425，通过C-末端加成半胱氨酸残基和马来酰亚胺-激活KLH偶联。
Application
抗-c-Myc抗体可以用于western印迹分析 和化学发光检测。
抗体可以用于免疫印迹，免疫沉淀和免疫荧光。
Biochem/physiol Actions
