General description
Succinimidyl esters are amine reactive fluorescent dyes, which function as probes in arrays studies and are used to label proteins.
CF™647 is a cyanine-based far-red fluorescent dye spectrally similar to Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor™ 647. CF™647 also has comparable brightness and photostability as Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor™647.
Application
CF™ 647 succinimidyl ester has been used as a dye for fluorescent precursor synthesis.
