General description
EN-RAGE是S100/钙粒蛋白超家族的一员。
Immunogen
纯化的，大肠埃希菌衍生的重组人细胞外RAGE结合蛋白。
Application
山羊产生的抗EN-RAGE抗体适用于工作浓度为0.1-0.2μg/mL的蛋白质印迹分析，浓度为5-15μg/mL的免疫组化，浓度为3-10μg/mL/106个细胞的流式细胞仪。
Biochem/physiol Actions
该基因编码钙，锌和铜结合蛋白，在调节炎症过程和免疫反应中起重要作用。它通过与晚期糖基化终产物受体（AGER）结合来刺激先天免疫细胞，后者激活MAP激酶和NF-κ-B信号通路，从而导致促炎细胞因子的产生以及细胞粘连分子ICAM1和VCAM1的上调。它还刺激肥大细胞脱颗粒和活化，从而产生趋化因子，组胺和细胞因子，白细胞募集到炎症部位。
Physical form
从含有5％海藻糖的磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水的0.2μm过滤的溶液中冻干。
