General description

Preparation Note

ROX/荧光素引用染料（取决于试剂盒配置）对光敏感。长时间暴露于直射光下会导致荧光信号强度的损失。避免反复冻融。使用前务必确保产品已完全解冻并混合。

KAPA PROBE FAST qPCR Master Mix (2X) ABI PRISM^®通过30次冻融循环可稳定保存。确保所有试剂在不使用时均避光储存于-20°C 条件下。避光条件下，试剂在 4℃ 黑暗环境中至少可稳定保存一周，只要确保不被微生物和/或核酸酶污染，短期内使用可在此温度下储存。
