General description
C4.4a is a membrane bound protein associated with cell migration, wound healing, cell-matrix interaction, and tumor progression. It is overexpressed in some squamous cell carcinoma of lung, head and neck, majority of primary and metastatic transitional cell carcinomas (TCCs), ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminus of human C4.4A/LYPD3 protein.
