General description
单克隆ANTI-FLAG® M2碱性磷酸酶是一种纯化的 IgG 1 小鼠抗体，与小牛肠碱性磷酸酶（AP）共价结合。该抗体偶联物可与FLAG®融合蛋白结合，并在融合蛋白的任何位置（N末端、Met-N末端、C末端或内部FLAG®肽）识别FLAG®表位。
Application
小鼠中产生的单克隆 ANTI-FLAG® M2-碱性磷酸酶抗体已用于:
- 甜橙叶柄样品的直接组织印迹免疫测定
- δ阿片受体内化的筛选
- 采用 ELISA 筛查无细胞的蛋白表达
