General description
当与抗体连接时，蛋白A-琼脂糖凝胶有助于提高交联到柱基质上的IgG的抗原结合能力。在这种情况下，结合发生在蛋白A与IgG分子的Fc部分之间，使抗原特异性位点游离。
Application
蛋白A-琼脂糖凝胶™用于亲和层析、抗体纯化和表征、免疫亲和基质、蛋白层析、蛋白A、G和L树脂以及重组蛋白表达和分析。蛋白A-琼脂糖凝胶™已用于制定研究蛋白相互作用的策略，改善乳糜泻检测，以及研究儿童糖尿病。
蛋白A-琼脂糖凝胶具有以下用途：
- 用于免疫沉淀胎盘，使用蛋白印迹技术进行蛋白质和RNA分析。
- 用于染色质免疫沉淀，以了解介体和特定启动子染色质结构重构之间的联系。
- 用作裂解缓冲液，以去除雌性大鼠脑样本蛋白质提取中的内源性G型Ig。
- 用于兔抗血清的[32P]磷肉豆蔻素C的免疫沉淀反应，以研究蛋白激酶C （PKC）和磷肉豆蔻素C （PMC）在T细胞发育过程中的下调。
