Application
Anti-CTPS (AB1) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 5μg/ml and for immunohistochemistry at a concentration of 4-8μg/ml.
Biochem/physiol Actions
CTPS encodes an enzyme CTP synthase 1 that catalyzes the ATP-dependent conversion of UTP to CTP. It also plays a pivotal role in synthesis of nucleic acids and is vital for proper cell growth and development .
